They’re a great way to gauge where the market is, what you can afford budget-wise, and the property’s sale history.
Or, if finances are tight and you’re looking to split the costs of renting, Spareroom shows you available rooms and potential flatmates in the area, so you can reduce the cost of renting or mortgage costs with a lodger.
And then the Pro Move Planner is another helpful addition to your pre-move prep. With so much to keep on top of, it’s an easy way to keep organised and keep things moving in the right direction – especially if you’re running out of fridge magnets!
Make your move
