Before you start

If you are already registered
You will need:

• Your Home Energy Top Up connector
• Your gas card / electricity key
• Your debit card
• Your computer needs to be running Windows XP or Windows Vista with Internet Explorer 6 or above. You also need to have an internet connection.

To Register (first time user)
You will need all of the above plus:

• Your customer ID (printed on your letter when you receive the Home Energy Top Up pack). Then simply choose a username and password to log on next time you want to top up.
• You need to allow an automatic download of an application called Active X to your computer the first time you plug in your connector to your computer.
