You’re in control with your Direct Debit Dashboard

Our new dashboard for fixed monthly Direct Debit customers puts you in control of your energy payments. You can check the status of your plan, request a refund if you’re in credit and change your payments.

Take more control of your payments by:

  • Adjusting your payment amount if your circumstances change.
  • Checking the status of your plan, providing you with the peace of mind that your payments are covering your consumption.
  • Spreading the cost evenly throughout the year; or pay more in some months and less in others.
  • Using our payment holiday option when you need to.
  • Getting money refunded if your account is in credit.

Am I eligible to Flex my payments?

You may not be eligible to vary your payments but you can still sign up to Direct Debit online.

Am I eligible for flexible payments?

  1. If you already have a fixed Direct Debit set up with us, you will be given the option to Flex your payments only if there are three or more payments remaining in your plan.
  2. The option to sign up for flexible payments is subject to your credit history that may change from time to time.
  3. Once you have signed up for flexible payments, you're free to amend your flexible payment plan as often as you like as long as you have two or more payments remaining before the end of your current plan year.
  4. Customers on variable Direct Debit are not eligible to Flex.

Note that all payments from April have risen to £70 pounds.
This is to compensate for February and March's payment holidays.

Please note:
Customers who are on a Variable Direct Debit will not have access to the Dashboard. If you would like to amend your variable Direct Debit to a fixed Direct Debit please contact us.
