To register online you will need:

  • To check that you can register your account online, if you are a Pay As You Go Energy™ customer or Business customer please follow the appropriate link on the right.
  • Your customer reference number. A recent bill, statement or letter from us will show this. You can use either your energy or your HomeCare® customer number. (Find out more)
  • To be named on the account (accounts in the name of companies or organisations cannot be registered online).


Once registered, your energy bills will be available online to view and print, but if you ever need a copy posted to you, you can request this via your account.
