Electric and gas meter installation
If you're renovating or building new properties, we'll get you up and running with meters for your electricity and gas supplies.
You'll need your MPAN and MPRN meter point numbers to book a meter installation. If you don’t know these, please contact your local distribution network operator (DNO)
Self-build and home projects
For meters to your own home, we’ll work with you to get your meter installed and set up your energy supply account.
Housing developers
We’ll get each plot registered, connected and metered, and assist with a smooth handover once the homes are sold.
Housing developers – home handover
Once you're ready to hand your properties over to the new homeowners, please complete the developer hand over document (xls, 84k) and email us.

What are the benefits of a single provider for multi utility services?
Multi utility companies provide a comprehensive suite of services—including electricity connections, gas connections, water connections, and street lighting—from a single provider. This integrated service model marks a significant improvement over the fragmented approach of managing multiple traditional utilities. For house builders, this development presents considerable benefits.
Organizations such as British Gas Multi Utility exemplify this streamlined model within the utility sector. House builders gain a clear advantage by working with one unified point of contact, thereby eliminating the challenges associated with multiple providers, varying standards, and separate invoices. This consolidated approach not only minimizes administrative burden but also delivers operational efficiencies that can result in notable cost savings, making it an effective and economical solution for utility management.
