A poorly maintained commercial gas boiler can be unsafe and disruptive for both customers and employees. The smart way to maintain yours is with an annual service by our local Gas Safe registered engineers. You don’t even need to be with British Gas already.

Landlords have legal obligations to check all the gas appliances and installations on the premises are safe. If you're business owner with tenants or guests (e.g. hotel or care home) then you're classed as a landlord.
You can buy a Landlord’s Gas Safety Record when you agree a Business Care contract or Annual Service with us.
We’ve been recognised for our commitment to safety with a Gold medal from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).
Remember to take safety seriously and use a Gas Safe registered engineer who has the right qualifications to work on your business gas appliances.

 All prices quoted exclude VAT which will be charged at an additional 20%. All prices quoted are based on a boiler of up to 40kW. The monthly prices quoted for Business Care Essential and Business Care Plus are based on an unlimited call-outs basis with no separate call-out fee. You can choose to lower the monthly cost by choosing to pay an additional fixed call-out fee of £79 each time you require an engineer to visit your property. The monthly price you’ll pay will vary depending on your business location and the size and type of boiler or gas appliance you have. We will complete a first inspection to check the details you’ve provided are correct. If we find any problems during the initial inspection, we may be required to change your contract and you may have to pay an additional cost. If you choose to cancel your contract, we may charge reasonable costs incurred to date and certain cancellation charges will apply. Full terms and conditions (pdf 1.13 mb) apply.
