Q. If my boiler or appliance isn't working right now, can I buy Business Care?

A: To buy Business Care, your boiler or appliance needs to be working. If it's not, no problem. We'll fix it with a one-off commercial boiler repair

Q. Does the age or manufacturer of my boiler or heating appliance matter?

A: No, as long as it's in working order when you take out Business Care and we can source spare parts. Our commercial engineers are highly trained and experienced, and work on a wide range of boilers and manufacturers.

Q. What gas appliances can you service?

A: Our commercial engineers are trained to service most gas appliances. We look after businesses with commercial catering appliances.

Q. I already have Careplan or Business Care and want to speak to someone about my plan or report a breakdown. Who can I speak to?

A: You can book a repair, or talk with us about your existing Careplan agreement on 0800 294 8562*. We're here all day, every day to help.

Q. What if I'm looking for a plan for my home or a home I rent out?

A: Please call us on 0800 009 4633* for more information. We're here Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 8am-6pm

[3] All prices quoted exclude VAT which will be charged at an additional 20%. All prices quoted are based on a boiler of up to 40kW. The monthly prices quoted for Business Care Essential and Business Care Plus are based on an unlimited call-outs basis with no separate call-out fee. You can choose to lower the monthly cost by choosing to pay an additional fixed call-out fee of £79 each time you require an engineer to visit your property. The monthly price you’ll pay will vary depending on your business location and the size and type of boiler or gas appliance you have. We will complete a first inspection to check the details you’ve provided are correct. If we find any problems during the initial inspection, we may be required to change your contract and you may have to pay an additional cost.
