The prices below are based on a boiler under 40 kW and a call-out fee of £79. You can choose to pay more and have call-out fees included in your plan.

If you have more than one gas appliance in your business premises, then we can look after them all. Each additional gas appliance you ask us to include will earn its own discount.
A poorly maintained commercial gas boiler can be unsafe and disruptive for both customers and employees. The smart way to maintain yours is with an annual service by our local Gas Safe registered engineers. You don’t even need to be with British Gas already.

Landlords have obligations to check all the gas appliances and installations on the premises are safe. If you're a business owner with tenants or guests (e.g. hotel or care home) then you're classed as a landlord.

You can buy a Landlord's Gas Safety Record when you agree to a Business Care contract or Annual Service with us.
A: To buy Business Care, your boiler or appliance needs to be working. If it's not, no problem, we'll fix it with a one-off commercial boiler repair
A: No, as long as it's in working order when you take out Business Care and we can source spare parts. Our Gas Safe registered engineers are highly trained and experienced, and work on a wide range of boilers and manufacturers.

A: Business Care is not commercial boiler insurance, but instead a business boiler care plan product. Business Care includes a commercial boiler service and maintenance contract, with the option to also include gas appliances or your central heating system.

[1] All prices quoted exclude VAT which will be charged at an additional 20%. All prices quoted are based on a boiler of up to 40kW. The monthly prices quoted for Business Care Core, Business Care Essential and Business Care Plus are based on customers paying by Direct Debit and a separate £79 call-out fee. The price you'll pay will vary depending on your business location and the size and type of boiler or gas appliance you have. We will complete a first inspection to check the details you've told us are correct. If we find any problems during the initial inspection, we may be required to change your contract and you may have to pay an additional cost. If you choose to cancel your contract, we may charge reasonable costs incurred to date and certain cancellation charges will apply. Terms and conditions apply.
