Get a statement of supplies for Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) reporting
If you qualify for the CRC scheme, we can provide a statement of supply including site details and consumption for all the supply points you request. The first step is to download the request form:
A third party, such as a consultant, can request a statement of supply on your behalf. We just need a valid letter of authority from you when a request is made.
If you’re a third party requesting a statement of supply for several organisations, then an individual request form will need to be completed for each one.
The Carbon Reduction Commitment is a UK government mandatory scheme for high energy users that aims to cut emissions by 1.2 million tonnes of carbon a year by 2020.
This helps to support the country’s target of an 80% reduction in UK carbon emissions by 2050.
To achieve this, high energy users in both the private and public sectors have incentives to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.
The lower their emissions, the lower the cost of CRC to their business.
You only have to fully participate in the CRC scheme if you use more than 6,000 megawatt-hours (MWh) a year and have at least one settled half-hourly electricity meter. Organisations affected include:
