An end to multiple contract end dates

The more premises you have, the more contracts you need to renew. This can take time and effort. With a multi-site energy deal, you could bring all your energy supply into a single package.

We can offer you what's known as a 'staggered start-date, common end-date' arrangement. This gives businesses with more than one site the chance to bring their contracts in line with a single end-date and just one renewal.

Even if your premises are due for renewal at different times, our team can advise you on the best way to switch.

Am I eligible for your multi-site service?

A: You're eligible if you meet the below criteria:

  • Minimum number of meters: 2
  • Minimum total consumption of 100 MWh
  • Minimum total spend of £10,000
  • Maximum total spend of £300,000
Landlords, managing / letting agents and housing associations are not eligible for this service.
Do I get one bill or multiple bills?

A: We can offer you paperless billing where you can view all your bills online. We can offer you flexible billing options with:

  • A bill summary sent to your main site
  • All bills sent to your main site
  • All bills sent to each individual site

* We may record calls to help improve our service to you. Calls to 0800 numbers are free from mobiles and landlines. Calls to 0330 / 0333 numbers will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines and mobiles and may be included with your call package if you get 'inclusive minutes'. Text messages are charged at your standard message rate and may be included in your call package.
