What is a HomeCare maintenance plan?
HomeCare helps you look after the essentials in your home. With our cover, you’ll get ongoing maintenance, access to expert engineers and round-the-clock support if something goes wrong. Our trusted team handles the repairs, the emergency call-outs and the routine checks, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your household is in good hands.
What does HomeCare cover?
HomeCare protects the things around the home you rely on every day. Depending on how much cover you want, here’s what you can expect from our plans:
Boiler and central heating: We take care of boiler breakdown and heating repairs. An annual boiler service is included to keep everything running efficiently.
Plumbing and drains: From leaks and blockages to burst pipes and drainage problems.
Electrics: We’ll help with faults involving wiring, fuse boxes, sockets and switches.
Kitchen appliances: You can also add repairs for selected kitchen appliances, handled by our specialist engineers.

What’s not covered by HomeCare?
We want to be clear about what isn’t included. HomeCare doesn’t cover pre-existing faults we find during your first service, cosmetic issues, or repairs to appliances not listed in your plan. Some outdoor systems and external damage aren’t covered either. Each plan is slightly different, so we always recommend checking the details before you sign up.
How does HomeCare work?
Getting started is simple. Once you’ve chosen your plan, just set up your account and you’re ready to go. If something breaks down, you can request help online or by phone.
We’ll then arrange a visit from one of our engineers, who’ll diagnose the issue and carry out the repair. With our nationwide team, we aim to get things sorted as quickly as possible.
