Does your model include Glycol?
Glycol is a type of anti-freeze that’s sometimes used to lower the freezing point and protect heat pumps in cold weather. We don’t cover systems that contain glycol, but we can service them.
Why does it matter?
It's harder to maintain Glycol and requires regular checks.
How do I know if I have glycol?
If you’re not sure, your engineer will find out when they visit – and explain your options if glycol is present.
We service the top air source heat pump brands
Whatever the model, our engineers can keep your air source heat pump in great condition.

How quickly will an engineer take to arrive if I need a repair?
It depends on the seriousness of the issue. When you book, we’ll find out what the problem is and prioritise your repair according to the following three categories:
Emergency: if there’s no heating or hot water and this creates a medical risk for someone living in the property, we aim to get an engineer to you within two working days.
Priority: if you have no heating or hot water – or if you have a containable leak that’s not damaging your property – we aim to get an engineer to you within four working days.
