Making payments

If you have a Regular Payment Scheme to cover your energy costs you can use a debit or credit card to pay online or via our dedicated phone line.

Sign up for one. Make sure you have your Customer Reference Number handy, this will be at the top of anything we've sent you.

If you'd like to pay in person at a Payzone or Post office, you will need a Payment Card, please contact us to arrange one.
