Bereavement. Set up a new account
If we've already been told about a bereavement and a new account needs to be set up at the property.
Couple of things to check. Before we get started
- We've already been notified of the bereavement
- We'll need the date(s) you're moving, which must be within 28 days of todays date
- Your new address and information about the products you want us to provide
- If you've already moved, providing a meter reading will allow us to get your energy supply started on the right foot
