One of our expert engineers will pop round to install your new boiler. After they've finished, they'll show you how to use it, take away your old boiler and leave the area clean and tidy.

We'll check you're happy

Your engineer will give you a call a few days after they've fitted your boiler to make sure you're happy. You're covered with our five-year warranty, so you can relax knowing your boiler is protected.

How long does the appointment with your heating adviser last?

Video call appointments last around 30 minutes and in-home appointments will last around an hour and a half.

How long will it take to get my new boiler?

Yes and with over 1,000 Gas Safe engineers we can work it out around dates and times that suit you. Your heating adviser will make all the arrangements once you give them the go ahead. That way you’ll know exactly when you’ll have your new boiler by.

How do I change the date of my heating adviser appointment?

How do I accept my boiler quote?

Can I speak to someone if I have a question about buying a new boiler?

Yes, you can call us on 0333 202 9450. Our lines are open Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm. We have limited opening hours over public holidays. We want to improve our service for you, so we may record your call to help. Calls to 0330/0333 numbers will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines and mobiles. If you get 'inclusive minutes' with your package, calls to 0330/0333 numbers will be part of these.

Are you still installing boilers in light of the Covid-19 outbreak?

Yes, we are currently installing boilers. You'll find details of how we will work in a Covid-19 Secure way in our Covid-19 FAQs.

Are boilers included in the Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme?

Although boilers aren’t included, we do offer savings on the cost of a new one – this includes the option to spread the cost with two years’ interest-free credit.2

What is the cancellation process for this offer?

All customers can cancel in writing, by email or by calling our Customer Assistance Team on 0333 202 9560.

Does this offer work with any existing offers (including employee discounts)?

These offers can be used in conjunction with other offers that the customer may qualify for (i.e. Hive discount). They cannot be used in conjunction with the employee, friends and family discount or the multi-prem landlord discount.

Does the offer apply to my rental properties if I’m a landlord?

Yes, but it isn’t available in conjunction with the multi-prem landlord discount.
