Choose a free home visit or video call and one of our experts will take a look at your heating system, talk you through your options and give you a fixed price quote.

Step 2

We'll fit your new boiler

Our expert engineer will come and fit your boiler. Once they're finished, they'll show you how to use it, take away your old boiler and leave the area clean and tidy.

Step 3

We'll check you're happy

Our engineer will give you a call a few days after your new boiler has been fitted to check you're happy. You're covered with our 5 year warranty so you can relax knowing we're just a phone call away.

How long does the appointment with your heating adviser last?

Video call appointments last around 30 minutes and in-home appointments will last around an hour and a half.

Will I know how long it’ll take to get my new boiler?

Yes and with over 1,000 Gas Safe engineers we can work it out around dates and times that suit you. Your heating adviser will make all the arrangements once you give them the go ahead. That way you’ll know exactly when you’ll have your new boiler by.

How do I change the date of my quote appointment?

You can change or cancel your appointment using the link and verification code in the confirmation text or email we sent you.

How do I cancel my quote appointment?

How do I accept my boiler quote?

You can view and accept your quote(s) using the link and verification code in the confirmation text or email we sent you.

Yes, you can call us on 0333 202 9450. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 7.30am-8pm, Saturdays, 8am-6pm, and Sundays, 8.30am-5pm. We have limited opening hours over public holidays. We want to improve our service for you, so we may record your call to help. Calls to 0800 numbers are free from mobiles and landlines. Calls to 0330/0333 numbers will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines and mobiles. If you get 'inclusive minutes' with your package, calls to 0330/0333 numbers will be part of these.
