Early problem detection with Boiler IQ

Our engineers carry lots of different parts in their vans but they won’t always have the correct one to hand. If that happens, they’ll order it to fix your boiler as soon as they can. Using Boiler IQ could help make sure the engineer arrives with the part they need.

Boiler IQ is a clever little gadget that keeps an eye on your boiler and tells us when it stops working. That way, we can help you get it fixed as soon as possible, limiting any time you might be without heating or hot water.
