1. A quick chat and quote. Our advisor checks your current tariff to see if there's a chance to save you money.
2. A short follow-up call. If you're happy to go ahead, a colleague will give you a short follow-up call. The advsior who visited won't be on the call - it's just to make sure everything's accurate and you're comfortable making the switch.
3. Confirmation by email. You'll receive an email from Money Expert or Don't Waste Money with your tariff details and clear information on how to cancel if you change your mind.
4. Welcome pack on the way. Within around 48 hours, British Gas will send your welcome pack, with full details of your switch and your right to cancel.
