What we can do

  • Arrange for you to pay in instalments. Instead of paying off your balance all at once.
  • Find a payment method that works for you. By monthly Direct Debit, payment card or standing order.
  • Fit a new meter. One that lets you pay for energy before you use it.
  • Collect your payments ourselves. With Fuel Direct, we can take your energy payments straight from your benefits.
