Video call appointments last around 30 minutes and in-home appointments last around an hour and a half.
How do I know how long it’ll take to get my new boiler?
Your Heating Adviser will make all the arrangements once you give them the go ahead.
They’ll let you know when you can expect your new boiler.
How do I change the date of my quote appointment?
You can change or cancel your appointment using the link and verification code in the confirmation text or email we send you.

How do I accept my boiler quote?
You can view and accept your quote(s) using the link and verification code in the confirmation text or email we send you. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours after your appointment before you can view your quote online.
Can I speak to someone if I have a question about buying a new boiler?
Yes, you can call us on 0333 202 9450. Our lines are open Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm. We have limited opening hours over public holidays. We want to improve our service to you, so we may record your call to help with this. Calls to 0330/0333 numbers will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines and mobiles. If you get 'inclusive minutes' with your package, calls to 0330/0333 numbers will be part of these, please check with your phone provider.
