Topping up your prepayment meter
There are three ways you can top up your smart prepayment meter:
- In our app or online, anytime.
- Take your smart card to a Post Office or Payzone store.
- Call our automated line 24/7 on 0333 200 7788.

If you’re ever running out of credit and can’t top up right away, you can get £10 of Emergency Credit on your meter to cover you until you can.
