Offer valid until 1st July 2026 for customers who either (i) purchase a new eligible boiler online or (ii) book an in-home appointment by the Closing Date that results in a purchase. Installations may take place after this date. A discount of £50 to £300 (including VAT) will be applied to selected boilers and shown in your quotation. Subject to availability.
This offer is available to new HomeCare customers who are homeowners, who do not currently have a British Gas HomeCare product at the specified property, and who have not held HomeCare at that property in the previous 3 months. The offer applies to a 12 month HomeCare contract.
If you pay monthly, you will not be charged for the first 3 months of the contract. Monthly payments will start from month 4 and continue for months 4–12 at the standard price.
If you choose to pay annually upfront, you do not receive 3 months free. Instead, you will receive an equivalent saving, applied as a 25% discount off the total annual price for the 12 month contract.
Prices will only change at renewal, which will be charged at our standard prices and are likely to increase; we’ll contact you before any change. You can cancel in line with the HomeCare terms and conditions. An excess may apply to repairs, depending on the option you choose. A maximum of 9 properties can be covered per customer. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The tiers for this offer are 25% off 4 appliances, 30% off 5 appliances and 35% off 6 or more appliances. To participate in the Refer a Friend scheme, both Referrer and Friend must follow the instructions on our website, britishgas.co.uk. A Referrer must successfully identify as an existing British Gas home energy customer via their online account. A Friend is an individual the Referrer knows personally, who isn't already our customer and who is happy to receive the Referrer's Referral link.
To qualify for a Refer a Friend Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, as a Friend you must use the Referrer's unique Referral link when joining British Gas on a Qualifying Product via britishgas.co.uk. The gift card is subject to the Friend's Qualifying Product purchase and the Friend's contract or policy must be active at least 90 days after the supply start date or the policy start date. The gift card Reward may take up to three months to arrive from the Friend joining British Gas.
To qualify for a Reward for switching energy to British Gas, your Friend must not have held a British Gas energy contract within the last three months of joining. If after making a Qualifying Purchase your Friend cancels their agreement with us up to 90 days after the supply start date or the policy start date, then this will result in the cancellation of the Reward for the Friend and Referrer.
