[2] Offer of a Gift Card is available to new domestic customers who buy HomeCare Two – Four (and for Landlords) online between 24th October and 4th December 2017. Existing HomeCare Two and Three customers who upgrade during the offer period will be eligible for a £10 Gift Card. You must keep your product for at least 45 days in order to qualify for the Gift Card. Instructions on how to choose your Gift Card will be emailed within 60 days of purchase. Offer is not available with any other offer or promotion and excludes HomeCare One.

[3] £9 a month available to new and existing British Gas energy, HomeCare and 5 Year Warranty customers only. If you cancel your British Gas product or if your energy supply doesn’t switch to us and you have no other eligible British Gas products, the price you pay for your Hive Active Heating will increase to £10 per month. If you purchase an eligible British Gas product again in the future, your price will go back down. Prices subject to change. Not available to existing Hive Live or Hive Welcome Home Plan customers. The subscription is ongoing and will continue until cancelled. Cancellation fees apply in the first 24 months. A fee of £150 will be charged if cancelled within the first 12 months and £70 if cancelled after 12 months but before 24 months.

[4] The Hive Welcome Home Plan is a 12 month payment plan offered by Centrica Connected Home Limited. If you cancel your agreement within 12 months of the payment beginning, you will have to pay for the remaining balance of the payment plan for the devices. Offer limited to one offer per customer and subject to availability. Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders or in conjunction with any other offer from Hive. Customers who sign up to the Hive Welcome Home Plan will pay nothing for the first 2 months then pay ongoing £9.99/monthly payments for 10 months. Once the 12 month payment plan is over, access to Hive Live benefits will continue for £2.99 a month.You must have an eligible British Gas contract in place to qualify for British Gas exclusive offer of two months free.
