[1] Terms and conditions apply. See HomeEnergy FreeTime (Sat) May 2018 and HomeEnergy FreeTime (Sun) May 2018. These tariffs include a free electricity period which applies from 9am to 5pm every Saturday or Sunday depending on the tariff you choose. During this period the unit rate for electricity will be 0p/kWh. A daily standing charge will apply including on the day with the free period. The free period will not start until British Gas smart meters have been successfully installed..

[2] This offer is available for domestic properties only (up to 44kW). It excludes warm air units. The discount will be applied at point of sale on the basis that we install the boiler. It applies to the boiler only and does not include installation, upgrades or extras. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other British Gas offer.

[3] Offer is available to new customers who buy HomeCare Two - Four products online between 11th April and 1st May 2017. The cost of 11 months HomeCare cover will be spread over 12 monthly payments. Existing residential customers and domestic Landlords who wish to upgrade from HomeCare Two or Three can get a discount off the additional features they are adding to their product holding for the remainder of their contract year. Offer not available with any other offer or promotion.

[4] Available to new and existing British Gas energy, HomeCare and 5 Year Warranty customers only. This product is not currently available to Glazing, Locks, Roof and Pests Cover customers, nor customers of British Gas Home Insurance. If you cancel your British Gas product or if your energy supply doesn’t switch to us and you have no other eligible British Gas products, the price you pay for your Hive Active Heating will increase to £10 per month. If you purchase an eligible British Gas product again in the future, your price will go back down. Prices subject to change.

The subscription is ongoing and will continue until cancelled. Cancellation fees apply in the first 24 months. A fee of £150 will be charged if cancelled within the first 12 months and £70 if cancelled after 12 months but before 24 months.

[5] Applicable to customers who pay by Direct Debit or Cash/Cheque. Where you have both gas and electricity with us at the same property, you'll receive one Dual Fuel discount of £15 per year (including VAT). The discount will be continuously applied to your bill throughout your billing period if you use a credit meter . If you cancel this agreement (for example by switching to another energy supplier), you will receive a Dual Fuel discount for the number of days you have been with us during that one year period.
