Why do I have this cover?
We want everyone to love being at home. So we've included this introductory offer with your energy tariff. At no extra charge.
This has been set up as separate contract and if it's not right for you, you can cancel at any time.
What happens after my first year?
Your Boiler and Controls Breakdown Cover will automatically renew to give you continued peace of mind. You’ll pay by monthly Direct Debit from the details you gave us when you signed up to our energy tariff.
But if you don’t want to continue with Boiler and Controls Breakdown Cover just let us know. We’ll send you a reminder before your cover is up for renewal.

There is a 14 day exclusion period at the start of your cover.

Your cover in more detail
You’re covered for:
- Repairs to your gas boiler and controls , including your thermostat and programmer
- All parts and labour
- Up to £1,000 to gain access and make good for each repair
But you’re not covered for:
- An annual service of your boiler to make sure it's running safely and efficiently
- Anything that happens within the first 14 days of you taking out the product
- Removing sludge, scale or repairing the damage it causes if we tell you it might be a problem for your system or boiler
- Showers or taps
- Accidental damage
- Repairs to your central heating system, including radiators
- Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults
You'll need to pay a £99 excess for each completed repair. But if we can't fix it, you don't pay.
