There's no upfront fee, just peace of mind knowing if your boiler breaks down again, we'll send an expert engineer round to sort it.

Book a repair and we'll get an engineer to you on the same day to look at your boiler and central heating. If they can repair it, they'll fix the fault no matter how long it takes.
Choose a monthly payment of either £27.50 a month with a £60 excess or £35 a month with £0 excess. You'll then be covered for future repairs for the next 12 months. If we can't fix any faults, you'll get your money back or a new appliance.

One of our expert engineers will look at your boiler and give you a quote from £125 to £549, depending on how long the repair will take.
90% of our customers are quoted between £125 and £300.
You’ll get a 12-month guarantee on the work, so if the same problem happens again, we’ll come back to put things right.

Over a third of our customers get their problem solved within 30 minutes and only pay £125.
However, if your repair is going to take longer than this, your engineer will give you a fixed-price quote.
If you’re happy with the quote, your engineer will start work straight away. And if you decide not to go ahead, you’ll only be charged the minimum £125 for 30 minutes of the engineer’s time.

What should I do if I already have HomeCare?
If you already have HomeCare for your heating, you can go ahead and book your repair from your online account. You don’t need to choose the One-off Repair or Repair and Cover options.
Do you fix every type of boiler?
Our engineers fix single natural gas or liquid petroleum gas boilers or warm air units designed for home use.
What if I have more than one problem?
The initial repair doesn’t include any unrelated faults. We’ll quote separately for other work needed for unrelated faults. This may happen if, for example, you’ve called us about a boiler breakdown but also ask us to fix a leaking radiator.
What if I want to cancel my initial repair?
If we haven't started work on your boiler, you can contact us to cancel your repair, and we'll also cancel your cover at the same time.
If we’ve already started the work and you want to cancel the repair, we'll also cancel the cover, and you may have to pay a cancellation charge for the work completed – see terms and conditions for details.
What if I want to cancel my ongoing cover?
You can cancel your Central Heating Breakdown Cover at any time, whether during the 14-day cooling-off period or afterwards. However, if we've done any work for you then you'll have to pay cancellation charges.
