We want everyone to love being at home. So we've included this introductory offer with your energy tariff. At no extra charge.

This has been set up as a separate contract and if it's not right for you, you can cancel at any time.

What happens after my first year?

Your Boiler and Controls Breakdown, Plumbing and Drains and Home Electrical Cover will automatically renew to give you continued peace of mind. You’ll pay by monthly Direct Debit from the details you gave us when you signed up to our energy tariff.

But if you don’t want to continue with your Boiler and Controls Breakdown, Plumbing and Drains and Home Electrical Cover just let us know. We’ll send you a reminder before your cover is up for renewal.

We hope you’ll never need us – but it’s good to know you get:

  • Unlimited call outs 1
  • All parts & labour included
  • And just a £60 excess per completed plumbing and drains or home electrics repair (or £99 for boiler and controls)

Boiler and Controls Breakdown Cover

There is a 14 day exclusion period at the start of your cover.

Your cover in more detail

You’re covered for:

  • Repairs to your gas boiler and controls , including your thermostat and programmer
  • All parts and labour
  • Up to £1,000 to gain access and make good for each repair

But you’re not covered for:

  • An annual service of your boiler to make sure it's running safely and efficiently
  • Removing sludge, scale or repairing the damage it causes if we tell you it might be a problem for your system or boiler
  • Showers or taps
  • Accidental damage
  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults
  • Repairs to your central heating system including radiators

You'll need to pay a £99 excess for each completed repair. But if we can't fix it, you don't pay. 

Plumbing and Drains Cover

You’re covered for repairs to:

  • Plumbing system in your home and outbuildings, and the water supply pipe within the boundary of your property
  • Unblocking and repairing your drains and waste pipes to restore flow
  • Accidental damage
  • Up to £1,000 to gain access and make good for each repair

But you’re not covered for:

  • Showers and their parts, shower pumps, sanitary ware and sealant
  • Shared drains
  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults

You'll need to pay a £60 excess for each completed repair. But if we can't fix it, you don't pay. 

Home Electrical Cover

You’re covered for repairs to:

  • The mains electrical system and wiring in your home and outbuildings
  • Accidental damage
  • Up to £1,000 to gain access and make good for each repair

But you’re not covered for:

  • Showers and their parts, shower pumps, sanitary ware and sealant
  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design
  • Electrical appliances, cooker hoods or extractor fans over 15cm diameter

You'll need to pay a £60 excess for each completed repair. But if we can't fix it, you don't pay.
