If you apply for any product or service mentioned on this website, you should read these terms and conditions with any other terms and conditions which relate to the product or service and, if there is any contradiction between them, the specific terms and conditions relating to the product or service will apply. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, product and service includes any insurance or financial service.

Limited offer – up to £400 when you switch to British Gas Business
This Reward only applies: to new customers or existing customers registering one or more new gas and/or electricity supply point/s with us with a minimum annual gas consumption of 15,000kWh and a minimum annual electricity consumption of 5,000kWh; to fixed price contracts of 12 months or more; once per new gas and/or electricity supply point; and, with a credit of up to £400 to be calculated based on our estimate of your consumption through the supply point during the first year as per the table below.

This Reward offer does not apply: to electric meter profile classes 00; or if our ‘domestic’ or ‘large and corporate’ terms apply.
The amount of the Reward is calculated based on our estimate of your consumption through the supply point during the first year - Minimum consumption applies as follows: Gas customers consuming less than 15,000 kWh are not eligible for any form of credit and Electricity customers consuming less than 5,000 kWh are not eligible for any form of credit.
The Reward if applicable will be applied to one of your first 3 bills following registration for the Reward.
This Reward is non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for other financial value.
This Reward offer is subject to our usual customer acceptance procedures (including credit checks) and Terms and Conditions of business.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw the Reward at any time without giving notice and reasons.
We'll beat your renewal letter price by at least 10%* offer
*Offer only applies to new customers on a fixed one year SME energy contract with an annual gas consumption of less than 73,200KWh and less than 60,000KWh annual electricity consumption.
Save up to £900 online
**Only applicable to new British Gas Business customers. £900 saving is British Gas Business online one- year fixed contract price versus British Gas Business non-fixed contract price. Savings illustrated are based on an Eastern region customer using a gas consumption of 53,000kWh.
£300 off your boiler offer
***This offer is valid until 31st July 2015 and is available for business properties only. Offer is only applicable on selected Worcester Bosch, Potterton and Ideal manufactured boilers under 44kw output. Other boiler options are available but do not qualify for this £300 discount. We will take £300 off your new boiler at the point of sale, on the basis that we install the boiler, so you’ll only need to pay the VAT on the installation and any additional work and parts if needed and we’ll let you know any additional charges before we start. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other British Gas offer unless the other offer states that it’s okay. Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Boiler Price Match offer
Please note this offer is only available prior to booking a British Gas Business installation survey, we will not price match where we have previously provided you with a quote (online, phone or through a site visit) and after an installation appointment has been booked we will not consider any cheaper prices. Quotes must be provided within 30 days of issue, final, provided by genuine competitors for the same boiler installation including equivalent warranty and any additional work required and exclude any promotions, cash back, vouchers, coupons or member’s discount. Before offering a price match, British Gas Business will verify the genuine competitor’s total quote and make the final decision (at our sole discretion) of whether we can price match. This offer is non transferable, cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. British Gas Business reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
Multi-Meter Reward Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to our Multi-Meter Reward Promotion, and you should read them with our terms and conditions for business. Together, these documents make up a contract between us, British Gas Trading Limited, and you, our customer.
Our Multi-Meter Reward Promotion rewards customers who do more with us. If you are already a British Gas business energy customer, the reward will be applied automatically to every new supply point (the point at which gas or electricity, or both, is supplied to a site) you register with us. If you are a new British Gas business energy customer, the reward will be applied automatically to every supply point you register with us after the first one.
To be eligible for this promotion you must meet certain conditions (the conditions of eligibility). These are set out at 2 below.
1. Our multi-meter reward promotion
a If you meet the conditions of eligibility for our Multi-Meter Reward Promotion, we will automatically apply a one-off credit (the credit) between £50 and £400 to the bill for the eligible supply point. The amount of credit we apply will be based on our initial estimate of how much gas or electricity you will use during the first year through the eligible supply point. We will aim to apply the credit by your third bill.
b. Our Multi-Meter Reward Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
2. Conditions of eligibility
To be eligible for our Multi-Meter Reward Promotion, you must meet the following conditions:
a. Our terms and conditions for business must apply to all eligible supply points. Our ‘domestic’ or ‘large and corporate’ terms and conditions for gas and electricity must not apply.
b. You must keep to, and not break, our terms and conditions for business for any supply point you have registered with us.
c. You must not owe us any amount that is overdue for payment.
d. Your new supply points must not have electricity meters with profile class 00.
e. You must:
i. already be a British Gas business energy customer and agree to take a gas or electricity supply from at least one new supply point with a minimum annual gas consumption of 15,000kWh and a minimum annual electricity consumption of 5,000kWh; or
ii. be a new British Gas business energy customer and agree to take a gas or electricity supply from more than one supply point with a minimum annual gas consumption of 15,000kWh and a minimum annual electricity consumption of 5,000kWh.
f. Your contract for us to supply electricity or gas through each eligible supply point must be:
i. for a term of at least 12 months; and
ii. set at a fixed price for at least 12 months.
g. You must pass our credit checks for each eligible supply point, as set out in our terms and conditions for business.
3. Applying credit
a. The credit we apply to the bill for each eligible supply point will depend on our initial estimate of the amount of gas or electricity you will use through the eligible supply point during the first year only. We will give you an estimate of the credit for each eligible supply point before you agree to enter into a contract with us.
b. We will apply the credit to your bill once after we have started supplying you through the eligible supply point. We aim to apply it to your bill no later than your third bill (it could be applied to your first, second or your third bill) after the supply starts. It cannot be applied against any other products or services from us, and it has no equivalent financial value. We will not provide a cash alternative and the credit cannot be transferred to someone else.
c. If a gas or electricity contract for an eligible supply point we have applied a credit for ends in less than 12 months for any reason, we may recover the credit by adding the amount of it to your final bill for that supply point.
d. If you do not pay any charges due to us under any contract, in line with our terms and conditions for business, we may recover the credit by adding the amount of it to any bill a contract applies to. If you then pay all charges you owe us, we may choose to apply the credit again.
4. Dealing with disputes
a. If you have a complaint about this Multi-Meter Reward Promotion, or these terms and conditions, please see the clause titled “Dealing with disputes” in our terms and conditions for business. That clause sets out the options available to you.
5. Other terms
a. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and to withdraw this promotion at any time without giving notice and reasons.
b. If there is any difference between these terms and conditions and our terms and conditions for business, these terms and conditions will take priority, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
c. We do not have to enter into any contract to supply you with gas or electricity at any eligible supply point, and the Multi-Meter Reward Promotion does not create any obligation for us to do so, regardless of whether or not the supply point is eligible. Our decision on whether to enter into any contract with you will be based on our usual approval procedures, as set out in our terms and conditions for business.
d. Any VAT due will be charged at the appropriate rate and in line with UK VAT regulations.
