We'll guarantee to beat the price of a 1 year fixed electricity or gas initial renewal offer from your existing supplier, based on your annual consumption which you provide to us.
The offer is open to new and existing customers bringing new meters to us.
If we can’t offer a lower priced plan, we’ll match your initial renewal price and apply a £150 credit to your account by your third bill.  Your renewal prices must be directly from your existing energy provider and not through a third party (such as a broker).

The £150 is payable once per customer not per site or fuel.

The offer is only available to customers with a minimum gas consumption of 15000 kWh and a maximum of 732,000 kWh, and a minimum electricity consumption of 5000 kWh and maximum of 690,000 kWh.

The offer excludes any other promotion or incentives offered by a competing supplier e.g. cash back.

If we can't beat the price on your initial renewal letter and you would like to claim the £150 offer we'll need to see the initial renewal offer issued from your existing supplier by email within 14 days.

Your current energy tariff or fixed price contract must be due for renewal and your new contract start date must be within 180 days of the date on the renewal letter or email.  
We'll review our offer and the initial renewal offer from your existing supplier using information you provide to us. Where the renewal quote that you provide is for a 2 or 3 year contract, and we match your price, your contract will still only be for a 1 year period.

If we suspect tampering, or any manner of alternation, of the initial renewal letter we reserve the right to reject the claim. Any offer of a contract is subject to status. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

**Price of £23 per month is based on a boiler under 40 kW for a Careplan 3 agreement and will be for your boiler only. The price you’ll pay will vary based on business location, and the type and size of the boiler you have.

All prices quoted exclude VAT and VAT will be charged at the current rate of 20% in addition of the price. We will complete a first inspection to check the details you’ve provided are correct. If we find any problems during the initial inspection, we may be required to change your contract and you may have to pay an additional cost. If you choose to cancel your contract, we may charge reasonable costs incurred to date and certain cancellation charges will apply including applicable Careplan charges and a cancellation charge of £150 (if you cancel within 12 months of the contract). This is contribution towards costs we have incurred in respect to your repair but not yet recovered.
