What is Energy360 DataView?
The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) has changed the way businesses can get their energy use data. It means if you have a smart meter, you can now request historic smart meter data and your energy supplier must respond to your request within 10 working days.
Energy360 DataView is the free platform we've created to help existing business customers view their data - and ultimately - get better control over their energy consumption.

How it works
Step 1
Request access to your data by contacting us.
Step 2
We'll send you your login details and a user guide for the Energy360 DataView platform within 10 working days.
Step 3
Log in to see your consumption data at any time, shown as actual consumption in a half hourly (HH) format.

*Please note, if your meter isn't smart or if the smart functionality isn't working, we'll be unable to show you your consumption data. In these cases, our customer care team will be happy to arrange a meter investigation or meter exchange for you.
