With increasing emphasis on sustainability, it's more important than ever to request your historical smart meter data and gain valuable insights into your energy consumption patterns. Only then can you make informed decisions on how to optimise your energy use and reduce your carbon footprint.
Energy360 DataView is the free platform we've created to help existing business customers view their data - and ultimately - get better control over their energy consumption.

How it works
Step 1
Request access to your data by contacting us.
Step 2
We'll send you your login details and a user guide for the Energy360 DataView platform within 10 working days.
Step 3
Log in to see your consumption data at any time, shown as actual consumption in a half hourly (HH) format.

*Please note, if your meter isn't smart or if the smart functionality isn't working, we'll be unable to show you your consumption data. In these cases, our customer care team will be happy to arrange a meter investigation or meter exchange for you.
If you're on our British Gas Lite product, please contact us so that we can send you your last 12 months of smart meter data.
