You may remember we got in touch to tell you about some of the system improvements we’re making to help us deliver better customer service. We’re satisfied with the migration and pleased to say our customers are now beginning to see theÂ benefits of our new billing system.
Our customers will see more accurate billing and vastly improved online account management. With our latest online releases our customers have the opportunity to get a quote and buy energy online, log a business move and accept or decline a renewal.
As expected there have been a few teething problems along the way, which is to be expected with a system update of this size. Please rest assured we’re doing everything we can to work through these issues on a daily basis and reduce the impact they have on our partners and customers.
