We’ve been listening to your feedback – you told us our current pricing window of 120 days was too restrictiveÂ when negotiating contracts with customers and you needed a wider selling period. So we’re pleased to let you know we’re extending our pricing window from 120 days to 180 days. This means from 2 March 2015 you can talk to customers about their energy contracts even if they have a preferred start date that is six months in the future. We’re really excited about this change and we hope it’ll make your life easier when speaking to customers about their energy needs.
