What tariff will customers of Robin Hood Energy be offered?
In welcoming Robin Hood customers to British Gas, they will be offered a tariff equivalent to the one they currently have with the same terms and conditions. As a new customer to British Gas they will have access to the same great benefits that our current business customers enjoy, as well as being able to access a range of products and services developed specifically for the business market.
Chris O’Shea, Group Chief Executive of Centrica commented that “We are putting customers at the heart of everything we do, and we will make this a smooth transition”.

- Sign up to paperless billing

What will happen to existing customers’ Direct Debits?
If you’re an existing Robin Hood customer and have a Direct Debit, in place already, this will be transferred at the same time as your supply moves. There is no need to cancel any existing Direct Debit instructions that are already in place. If you have a credit balance or are due a refund, this will be protected and transferred at the same time.
