What does the graduate programme offer?

Through a balanced mix of training activities, performance management and on-the-job learning, you’ll gain more than broad business experience. You’ll also gain the technical skills relevant to your chosen path.

Along the way, you’ll be supported by your line manager, a Graduate Talent Manager and a graduate buddy We also use a dedicated talent board who will find the best opportunities for you and your fellow graduates.

If accepted, you’ll be welcomed with a £3,000 starting bonus.  After that, you can expect an initial salary of at least £27,000, with certain specific programmes offering substantially more.

When does it start and where would I be?

The graduate programmes begin 1st October 2015, with the exception of the Finance programme, which starts 17th September 2015.
