TELCA Best Advice Award winners

Telca Awards

The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA’s)  is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the best the TPI market has to offer and our congratulations go out to all of the winners as well as all of the shortlisted organisations across the award categories.

For the 2nd year running we sponsored the Best Advice Award as it reflects one of our values to always ‘do what’s right’. We believe that the advice you give isn’t just about basic energy procurement and providing the lowest price, it’s also about building an understanding of customer needs and finding a solution that best meets these.

In the Best Advice category, each entrant was asked to demonstrate how they identify the needs of each customer and how this advice is then benchmarked to ensure it meets the objectives of the customer. They were also required to submit three examples of where their advice had delivered best-in-class results, with each customer being contacted for a reference.

We’re pleased to say the winner of the Best Advice Award for 2015 was Purchase Direct, with the independent judging panel finding their processes and benchmarking particularly effective.

We’d also like to acknowledge the other brokers who were shortlisted – Inenco, Power Direct, STC and UES – who all submitted strong entries.

So well done to all of the winners on the night and we’re looking forward to continuing our support of these awards in 2016.
