A: The price you’ll pay will vary depending on your business location and the size and type of your commercial boiler or gas appliance you have. Our one-off repair pricing starts from £125 for one hour excluding parts, or £99 fixed price repairs when you sign up to Business Care Plus.
A: When deciding whether to repair or replace a boiler, you should consider how old, efficient, and reliable your current boiler is. If your boiler is over 10-15 years old, the cost of repairs may increase over time and we’d recommend you replacing your boiler.
A: Working with gas requires extensive knowledge, training and experience, so only gas safe registered engineers should work on gas appliances.
There are some small common fixes you can do which don’t require you to work with gas.
A: If we can’t fix your problem, our engineer will let you know straight away and tell you what your options are.
