Do you fix every type of commercial boiler?
A: Our engineers can repair nearly every type of commercial gas boiler. We don’t fix oil boilers, electric boilers, or solid fuel boilers.
Will your engineer fix my commercial boiler in one visit?
A: It depends on what the problem is, but we'll always do our best. Our engineers carry lots of parts in their vans. If we don't have the part, we'll order it from our National Distribution Centre and the part will usually be available the next day.
What should I do if I want to speak to someone about an existing service contract or report a breakdown?

How much does a commercial boiler repair cost?

A: The price you’ll pay will vary depending on your business location and the size and type of your commercial boiler or gas appliance you have. Our one-off repair pricing starts from £125 for one hour excluding parts, or £99 fixed price repairs when you sign up to Business Care Plus.

Should I repair or replace my commercial boiler?

A: When deciding whether to repair or replace a boiler, you should consider how old, efficient, and reliable your current boiler is. If your boiler is over 10-15 years old, the cost of repairs may increase over time and we’d recommend you replacing your boiler.

Can I repair my commercial boiler myself?

A: Working with gas requires extensive knowledge, training and experience, so only gas safe registered engineers should work on gas appliances.

There are some small common fixes you can do which don’t require you to work with gas.

What if you can't repair my commercial boiler?

A: If we can’t fix your problem, our engineer will let you know straight away and tell you what your options are.

Calls to 0330 / 0333 numbers will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines and mobiles and may be included with your call package if you get 'inclusive minutes'. The monthly price you'll pay will vary depending on your business location and the size and type of boiler or gas appliance you have.

If you choose a Repair and Business Care we'll complete a first inspection to check the details you’ve provided are correct. If you choose to cancel your contract, we may charge reasonable costs incurred to date, and a cancellation charge will apply. [3] This is for loss of heating and hot water. For all minor heating or hot water faults, the guaranteed response time is within 3 working days.
