By logging into your British Gas business online account you’re agreeing with these terms of use.

This is an agreement between you and British Gas Trading Limited (registered number 03078711). Our registered office is Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5GD. British Gas is a Centrica business.

Accessing your online account

The registration process means we can set you up with an online account. When you register, we'll need your email address and mobile number so that you can log into your online account and receive email alerts.

Once registered you can access your online account at any time.  If other employees require access you can add other user accounts. Each user will need to set up their username and password.  We see any brokers or third-party intermediaries as unauthorised users.

Security

Keep your password to yourself. Don't share it with anyone, even us, and never write it down.

If you think an unauthorised user has tried to log into your online account we strongly suggest you reset your log in username and password.

If we find an unauthorised user has tried to access your account, we'll lock your account and ask you for additional details when you try to log in.

Unused, lapsed and duplicate online accounts

We'll continuously review your online account to improve our services.  If found, we may need to:

  • Deactivate old and unused accounts
  • Remove any duplicate accounts

If we need to talk to you

We'll contact you before making any changes to your online account using email and the phone number provided at registration. You can update these at any time in your online account settings.
