These improvements are part of a bigger long-term plan to make the service you receive more efficient and our processes easier to use. However, to make sure we’re doing everything we can, we need to know what’s working and what isn’t.
That’s why we’ve created a new, more convenient way for you to give us your feedback. During the year we may email you a direct link to a survey with questions about a service you’ve just used. It’s your opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences, at a time that suits to you. Our surveys are quick and simple and we won’t send you any more than four a year.

Our Customer Advisory Board is also a great place for you to take part in our next live online debate, Q&A or forum discussion and discuss issues important to you. Upcoming changes to our billing system and online services designed to make things easier, all started as suggestions in our customer focus groups. At each one you can share your ideas and tell us how you think we can improve.
