'Safety first' is a sensible motto in business. To keep your gas boiler running efficiently we're including Inclusive Breakdown Care in your energy deal. If your boiler breaks down in your contract period with us, give us a call and one of our engineers will come out and fix it for you.

Your Inclusive breakdown care includes:

Breakdown support

  • You get one breakdown repair per site on contract with us

Experienced engineers

  • Highly-trained Gas Safe Registered engineers 

No labour cost

  • Nothing to pay for our time. No call-out charges

£50 credit

  • If you need a new part to fix you boiler, we'll pay up to £50 towards it

How do I use my Inclusive Breakdown Care?

Your Inclusive Breakdown Care is included as part of your contract at no extra cost. If you have a breakdown, just give us a call and we'll come out and fix it for you – simple.

If your boiler needs any new parts, we'll pay up to £50 towards them. All labour costs are included, so there's nothing to pay for our engineer's time. And there's no call out charges either.

You'll get one breakdown repair each year you're on supply with us.
