Business Care is a maintenance and breakdown service for commercial boilers, heating systems and other gas appliances.
You don't have to be a British Gas customer to get Business Care.
It's important to check your gas appliances are running safely and efficiently. A check should be completed annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Your Business Care service contract starts the day after purchase and includes a first inspection of your boiler or appliance. This inspection will usually take place within the first 42 days of the contract.
If your boiler or appliance breaks down in the first seven days of your contract, you’ll have to pay to get it fixed.
Business Care is a 12-month rolling contract. This means we keep your payment details and we'll renew your contract every year, unless you tell us not to before the renewal date.
We'll always write to you before your contract renews and let you know of any changes in your agreement.
If we don't have your payment details, or if they've changed, we won't renew the contract when it runs out.
You can cancel your agreement at any time, but if work has been previously carried out, we may charge you a contribution towards the costs we've incurred but not yet recovered.
We can also cancel the agreement at any time.

The age or manufacturer of your boiler doesn't matter as long as it's in working order when you take out a Business Care contract, and we can source spare parts for it.
You can pay for Business Care by monthly Direct Debit
Annual services are charged as a one off payment
We’ll take your first Direct Debit payment around ten days after you start your agreement with us.
