You can also renew by emailing or calling us. You'll move onto the new deal at the end of your existing contract.
Just have an energy bill to hand to make things simple. When you're registered, you'll be able to see your renewal options and enjoy many more benefits from your online account.
Your Fixed Price Energy Plan with us won't be auto-renewed. We'd encourage you to log in to your account to look at your options.
If you haven't made alternative arrangements at the end of the contract period, you'll be moved onto a Variable Price Plan (VPP).
This may prove more expensive, but it's easy to either find a new fixed deal with us, or switch to another supplier.
If you want to switch suppliers, you'll need to write to us 30 days before you want to leave and pay any outstanding bills.
