We'll try and deal with the matter immediately where we can. If your case is complex or involves a number of issues, we may need some time to make sure that we've covered everything. We'll keep you regularly informed, either by phone or in writing.
A: The Citizens Advice consumer service provides free, confidential and impartial advice on consumer issues, including services. They'll give you information and advice at any time during your complaint, and lend you their expertise if you need it. They can also refer you to organisations that are better able to help you.
