Organisations and Accounts in your online account

Account summary

What you’ll see at the top of the Account summary page.

Both the Accounts and Organisations tabs display clear summaries, including:

• Total number of organisations or accounts
• How many are active
• How many are closed

These overview panels help you understand your portfolio at a glance and feel in control of your energy management.

Organisations view

For account numbers starting with 60 or 67

The Organisations tab helps you stay organised and confident when handling multiple accounts.

• Expand an organisation to see all linked accounts
• Check whether accounts are Live, Closed or Onboarding
• Remove accounts you no longer manage to keep your Organisation tab up-to-date
• Search using account number, site address or postcode

This layout makes it simple to find what you need and reduces the effort required to manage multiple businesses.

Accounts view

For account numbers starting with BGB

Choose the Accounts tab when you want a single list of all your BGB accounts.

• Search quickly using BGB account number, site address or postcode
• See balances, site information and account status
• Show or hide closed accounts
• Review your renewal options
• Navigate large lists using page controls

This view supports businesses managing multiple locations or multiple businesses. As a user you can stay organised and confident about what needs your attention.

Understanding account status labels

To help you make informed decisions, each account shows a clear status:

Live

The account is active and billing normally.

Onboarding

The account is being set up. You’ll see more options once this is complete.

Closed

The account is no longer active.

Renewal options

Review offers may be available to you.

These labels help you understand where action may be needed, giving you clarity and direction.

Finding a specific account or site

Use the search bar to look up…

• Account numbers starting with 60, 67 or BGB
• Site addresses
• Postcodes

This gives you fast access to the exact details you need, helping you stay in control.

Managing large numbers of accounts

If you manage a large portfolio, your online account conveniently splits results into easy‑to‑navigate sections.

Use the page controls to move between pages or increase the number of rows shown. If the list is long this makes the information more manageable.

Removing an organisation

If you’re viewing Organisations, you can remove any organisation you no longer manage.

This keeps your online account streamlined and reinforces a sense of control and ownership over your energy management.
