2. Connect - we'll arrange any pipework and/or cables with the service provider, or Distribution Network Operator (DNO) to get your new energy supply connected.
For electricity connections, your DNO will confirm the timescales with you and give you a Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) on completion. We’ll need this before we can fit a new meter.
3. Install - we install all types of energy meters including standard single rate, smart and half-hourly settled meters.
We've signed up to the Smart Meter Installation Code of Practice (SMICoP), which means we're committed to making the installation process clear and easy for our customers.
4. Supply - we'll contact you to make sure you're happy with your new meter and advise you on our most competitive fixed or flexible rate energy plans.

A: Yes, they can be connected to more than one supply point.
We'll need you to tell us your MPRN and the pressure of the service installed. You can find the pressure of the service on a yellow sticker on the end of the supply pipe, or on your original quotation.
A: Our innovative video appointments offer you improved access to expert advice and guidance all through your mobile phone. All you need is to be at your business premise and have a rear facing camera.
Once we've agreed a suitable time for your free appointment, we’ll send you a safe and secure link by text. This will then connect you to our agent who will guide you through the appointment. We'll then be able to quickly provide you with a free quote that accurately reflects your project requirements.

[1] These timeframes are estimates for guidance only and are based on low pressure infrastructures and standard metering. Medium and above pressure infrastructures should expect completion times of 5 to 10 weeks. Meters with larger requirements can take up to 12 weeks from acceptance of quote.
