Understand your energy usage

Companies typically spend as much as 46% of their energy usage outside of business hours.** Wouldn't you want to know about that so you could change it?

  • Track your energy usage - Your online dashboard displays your smart meter data in clear graphs so you can see your daily, weekly and monthly usage, including out-of-business hours.
  • Insightful energy reports - You can download reports that show quarterly comparisons, so you can see peaks, trends and irregularities which will help you see where to save energy.
  • Support and advice - Your account executive is a trained energy expert who can help you understand your energy usage and offer advice to help reduce your usage.

* Business Energy Insight is available for customers who use 8 MWh or more of electricity per year at one site. Business Energy Insight cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

If you're a new customer, Business Energy Insight is available for customers who join us choosing Direct Debit as their payment method.

If you are a very large business, for example with more than 15 sites or sites associated with framework agreements covering more than 15 sites, please contact your Account Manager to check if you are eligible for Business Energy Insight and the other products and services we offer for larger businesses.
