How do I submit opening and closing meter readings?
Opening meter readings
If you're joining us, we'll need an opening meter reading so we can charge you correctly for the energy you use when you leave your previous supplier. You can log in to submit your opening meter reading online.
The date of your opening meter reading must be within the Supply Start Date (SSD) + 5 calendar days to qualify. You can find the SSD on your welcome letter.
Closing meter readings
If you're leaving us, we'll need a final meter reading so we can charge you correctly for the energy you've used and send you a final bill. You can log in to submit your final meter reading online.
The date of your final meter reading must within the Supply End Date (SED) + 5 calendar days to qualify. Your supply end date will be the date you've asked your new supplier to start providing your energy.
