Up to 40% cashback for your commercial boiler installation
The Cleaner Heat Cashback is Mayor Sadiq Khan's scheme for businesses in Greater London who replace older working boilers with a new, cleaner heating system. It's designed to help businesses save money on their energy bills and improve London's air quality. As part of the scheme, your business can get up to 40% cashback  on a new boiler with an approved installer like British Gas. The cashback scheme will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. The scheme will close for new applications once the funding has been allocated, or by 31 March 2020.

 The Mayor of London's Cleaner Heat Cashback scheme only applies to small and medium-sized businesses in commercial properties in Greater London that have fewer than 250 employees and have an annual turnover of no more than £50m. Your current heating system must be working and have a minimum size of 70 kW. In addition, the current boiler must be +10 years old and use gas, oil or LPG; or it must use coal or biomass and be of any age. You can receive 30% cashback when you install a new gas or LPG boiler. Or you can receive 35% cashback when you install a renewable heating system or connect to a local heat network. If your business is located in one of London’s Air Quality Focus Areas, you’ll be able to claim an additional 5% cashback. The cashback scheme will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. The scheme will close for new applications once the funding has been allocated or by 31 March 2020.

 3 Year service and maintenance: Your installation includes a 3 Year Business Care Essential (Installations) service and maintenance plan from British Gas. This agreement only applies to the parts and appliance that we install during the installation work. We will also complete an annual service on your appliance in years 2 and 3 of the 3 Year service and maintenance plan. A service is not required in the first year after installation.
