Older boilers become difficult to service after a while, and replacement parts are difficult to source. Also, a new boiler is more reliable and is less likely to breakdown.

A: Commercial boilers are similar to domestic boilers in the job they do in keeping your business premises heated. The main difference is usually the output of the boiler. To make sure the boiler runs safely, commercial boilers will usually have pipework of over 35mm in diameter.
Business and commercial properties can have larger gas boilers, or non-domestic appliances and larger pipework, or bigger gas meters, which a domestic engineer isn’t qualified to work on. So, it’s always best to hire a commercially trained gas engineer to complete an installation in a business premises.
A: Commercial boilers work the same as boilers you’d find in your home. Generally, they are pressurised systems that burn combustible fuel. The burners inside the boiler produce heat which is transferred to the water by the heat exchanger. The hot water or steam will then be circulated via pipes or radiators in your commercial property, but this will depend upon the type of boiler you have installed.
A: There are various factors that will influence the size or kW output your commercial boiler needs to be like the size of your building and how your business uses heating and hot water. Our Commercial Installation Managers are trained and experienced in assessing what boiler will be right for your business.
A: Keeping you and our engineers safe is our top priority. Our engineers will follow the latest government guidelines to prevent the spread of coronavirus when at your business premises.
